How lorem ipsum is generated
The generator draws from the classic lorem ipsum vocabulary — scrambled Latin from Cicero's De finibus that has been the printing industry's standard filler since the 1500s. Sentences are built with natural-feeling lengths of six to fourteen words, paragraphs group three to seven sentences, and the traditional 'Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet…' opening can lead the first sentence. Because the words carry no meaning, readers judge your layout's typography and spacing instead of getting drawn into reading.

Where does lorem ipsum come from?
It's scrambled Latin based on a passage from Cicero's De finibus bonorum et malorum, written in 45 BC. A typesetter jumbled it into nonsense in the 1500s, and it has been the standard placeholder ever since — familiar enough to signal 'this is filler' at a glance.
